With 30 years experience in St. Augustine real estate, I have developed a keen understanding of our local market and a strong background in investment real estate. My natural affinity for renovation design and my proven success in the Home Staging business allow me to bring an elevated experience to the Buyers and Sellers I work with. Born in Indianapolis, I graduated from Indiana University with a BA in Communication and a minor in Spanish and Business. I also lived in Mexico City and studied at La Universidad Iberoamericana. During an adventurous period of international travel in my 20’s, I arrived here in St. Augustine and fell in love with the architectural beauty and salty lifestyle. Fortunately, I have been able to pursue my many interests here and share them with our community. My years of experience as a portrait photographer, in combination with my many years working in antiques, gave me an outlet for my love of the visual arts and design. I have also been instrumental in founding and developing two yoga schools in St. Augustine.
Over the course of my thirty years as a resident here, I have gained extensive experience in every aspect of the real estate market in the area, including: design-build, property management, vacation rental management, historic renovation, real estate investment and home staging.
