Since beginning her real estate career in 1984, Sandy's influence and expertise has successfully closed hundreds of transactions. In 1989, she founded Sandy Heino & Associates in Hopkinton, NH, and successfully ran the firm for nearly two decades.
A trailblazer in the industry, Sandy's leadership extends beyond her real estate transactions. She has been an active member of the National Association of Realtors, contributing to various state and local boards, including serving as President of the Concord Board of Realtors (1995) and the Sunapee Region Board of Realtors (2016). Her leadership also includes serving as President of the New England Real Estate Network (NEREN) in 2022, and she currently serves as a Director for both the Sunapee Region Board of Realtors and Prime MLS.
Sandy has received numerous accolades throughout her career, including being named Realtor of the Year by the Concord Board of Realtors in 1995 and the Sunapee Region Board in 2017. A recipient of the Realtor Honor Society award for over 25 years, Sandy's continued success is a testament to her professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellence.
Sandy lives in Weare, NH, with her husband and their two Manx cats. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, kayaking, traveling, and especially spending time with her family, including her nieces and nephews.
