Tiffany embarked on her real estate journey in June 2011, acquiring her broker’s license in 2015. She grew up in Amador County and returned to raise her children after attending college in Southern California. She previously spent 13 years as a court reporter, working closely with various high-ranking officials state agency rule-making bodies, where she developed expertise in negotiation, transparency, and protecting her clients' best interests. Her professionalism, talent, and ability to perform under high-pressure situations made her well-known and sought after. Tiffany’s passion for real estate and entrepreneurial spirit drove her to pursue a career in the industry in 2011, where she has flourished. Her connections and knowledge of numerous market areas throughout the state allow her to service clients across the foothill region. She has been featured in Sacramento Magazine and The Sacramento Bee for receiving the prestigious Five Star Professional award for eight years and has consistently been recognized as a top producer since 2014. She has also received the “Best Of Amador” award and has been recognized as America’s Best Top 1.49% by RealTrends. As the Broker of Record and owner of Gateway Sotheby’s International Realty for nearly a decade, Tiffany oversaw not only her own transactions but also those of her entire company. Under her leadership, her office and personal sales set new benchmarks year after year for inventory sold, highest sold properties, and highest average price points. She personally co-brokered the highest sold residential property spanning five counties over 10 years at $21 million. In 2025, she merged her company into Vista Sotheby’s International Realty to bring even greater support and marketing reach to the region and her clients. Tiffany is now looking forward to focusing on her clients and providing them with the dedicated service and personalized expertise they deserve. In her free time, Tiffany is a dedicated mom and wife, supporting her family in their activities and education. She enjoys paddleboarding, hiking, and running, making the most of the beautiful outdoors and maintaining an active, balanced lifestyle.
