Michael Melligan is a native of Chicago, Illinois and relocated to the San Francisco East Bay Area in the spring of 1995. Served as a Senior Account Executive with MCI Worldcom in the cellular and paging division for many years. Clients included the CA Teachers Association, The CA Trucking Association, Chevron, Lawrence Livermore Lab and many others. Transitioned from the corporate sales world to pursue residential real estate appraisal. Appraisal assignments covered the San Francisco East Bay area, the Northern California Central Valley, Sacramento region as well as the Sierra Nevada Historic Foothills. Having served as a certified residential real estate appraiser for many years, a license to sell as a Realtor was obtained and has been working as part of a real estate team for many years, with Vista Sotheby's serving the Amador County, Eldorado Hills and Sacramento Communities. Resides in beautiful Sutter Creek and enjoys fitness/circuit-training, swimming, singing and voice-over.
