Zack, an 8th-generation Lake George native, has deep-rooted ties to the community that he is proud to call home. After graduating from Lake George Central School, he continued his education at Clarkson University, earning degrees in Civil and Mechanical Engineering. Upon graduation, Zack began his engineering career at LaBella Associates while simultaneously exploring his passion for real estate.
At LaBella Associates, Zack served as a Town Designated Engineer for the Towns of Lake George, Bolton, Queensbury, and Malta. In this role, he gained extensive experience in stormwater management and residential wastewater systems, while developing a strong understanding of local town codes and local municipal infrastructure.
Today, Zack consults with private real estate developers throughout the Southern Adirondacks. He leverages his technical knowledge to guide projects from concept to completion, offering solutions for site layout, permitting, and regulatory compliance. His hands-on approach streamlines the development process while ensuring projects align with municipal requirements and environmental standards. While Zack primarily focuses on new development, he also assists both homeowners and homebuyers throughout the Adirondacks and surrounding areas, providing personalized service and guidance to meet their real estate needs.
In his free time, Zack enjoys spending time out on Lake George, golfing, mountain biking, skiing, and hiking - fully embracing the lifestyle that makes the Adirondacks a premier destination.
