A native of St. Augustine, FL, Christy has been a licensed REALTOR® for over ten years (she was also previously licensed in PA and CA) and has 30 years of marketing and real estate experience. Having lived in and relocated to PA, CA, and TN, she brings a unique knowledge of the challenges, decisions, and changes required when helping individuals/families move within or out of state.
After spending the majority of her career in real estate marketing both for agents and brokerages, real estate sales was the next logical step building on her personal experience and background. With her background in real estate marketing and design, Christy brings a creative eye and targeted marketing approach to each home and client with whom she interacts.
Highly devoted to serving her clients' needs, Christy is focused on finding solutions and making things work. Her clients especially appreciate her positive attitude, thoughtful advice, and diligence in effecting successful transactions and transitions to their new homes. Outside of real estate, Christy enjoys traveling and spending time outside with her dog. She is an active member of her church, devoting her time to the Altar Guild, Dining with Dignity and as an online Pastor.
