Description
Gabby Hanna offers an impressive blend of real estate expertise and a personal connection to Provincetown that spans decades. Known for her extensive experience helping clients buy and sell properties on the Outer Cape, she takes pride in making the process seamless and rewarding for her clients.
Gabby’s professional background is as diverse as it is accomplished. She began her career in the fashion industry as an Assistant Buyer at Saks Fifth Avenue, specializing in American designer couture. Her journey took her into real estate development in Brooklyn and residential sales in Manhattan, followed by leadership roles in the nonprofit sector. She launched her own consulting firm, GAH Consulting, where she collaborated with prominent non-profit and advocacy organizations including the American Civil Liberties Union, Astraea Foundation, Andrew Goodman Foundation, WBAI and WOMR Radio, Brooklyn Legal Services, The Fund for Modern Courts, and Green Guerrillas. Her ability to manage complex projects and build meaningful connections has been a hallmark of her career, benefiting her clients today. She served as Editor-in-Chief of Women's Basketball Magazine before becoming Executive Director of the Provincetown Film Society, where she expanded the Provincetown Film Festival, opened Waters Edge Cinema, and established the Gabrielle A. Hanna Film Institute.
Gabby has helped clients navigate the complexities of buying and selling properties on the Outer Cape since 2007. Whether working with buyers, sellers, or investors, she provides clear guidance and thoughtful solutions tailored to each client’s unique goals.
Having frequently visited Provincetown with her family as a child, Gabby’s affection for the area runs deep. She is passionate about helping others find their place in this special community, and her clients value her attention to detail and intimate knowledge of the local market.
When she’s not assisting her clients, Gabby enjoys competing in dog shows with her dobermans, watching films, and spending time by the ocean. A devoted Boston sports fan, she finds inspiration in Provincetown’s natural beauty and vibrant culture.
