Over the past 20+ years Graham has navigated the complex and competitive TCI residential and commercial real estate market and makes it his mission to deliver the highest long-term value for his clients. Graham has represented hundreds of Grace Bay beachfront condominium buyers and sellers looking to maximize their investment in beachfront property. A long history of sales at several developments has earned Graham his position as a Top 10% producer within the Turks and Caicos Real Estate Association (TCREA) and during his previous tenure was presented the Coldwell Banker Society of Excellence – which is awarded to the top 1% of agents worldwide. Graham has carried this multitude of experiences to our team and is continuing his career as a Global Real Estate Advisor with Turks & Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty.
In other areas of real estate experiences, Graham assisted in the planning, design, and construction of his first home in TCI located across from Sapodilla Bay on the quiet peninsula of Chalk Sound. Then in making significant changes and upgrades to his new Leeward residence in late 2021, Graham has gained professional contacts in the architectural design business and construction industry in TCI that will assist buyers who may be looking at a land purchase, new build or home renovation and upgrade.
Graham attended the prestigious Appleby College, in his hometown of Oakville Ontario, later moving on to Huron College at the University of Western Ontario. He has lived and worked in both England and Australia. Returning home to Canada he joined forces with one of the most successful condominium developers in the Toronto real estate industry. After selling real estate in the big city, and many lengthy vacations in the TCI, he saw the potential the undeveloped islands and chose to relocate to Provo where he discovered a slower pace of life, year-round warm and sunny weather, beaches everywhere, new friends from all over the world and a place to continue his career in real estate.
Active in youth sports and within the community, he helped run the Provo Hockey League and spent years volunteering to coach in the soccer leagues. As an active member of TCREA, he has been involved in several committees throughout the years and shares his knowledge with other members through training programs, general meetings and open houses.

Graham is an invaluable asset in navigating the Turks & Caicos ever-changing and evolving tropical real estate market. Proud to be a long time Toronto Maple Leaf’s hockey fan (we know the ups and downs of that story…), Graham currently resides in Leeward with his wife, son and his very ‘healthy looking’ dog: Buddy. When not working on real estate transactions you will find Graham on the golf course, on Grace Bay beach or boating with his family and friends enjoying the Caribbean lifestyle.
