Bettina is currently the Sales Lead for The Mason at the Jordanelle, a thoughtfully designed luxury development located minutes from Deer Valley® Resort’s new East Village. Before that, Bettina led the sales team at YotelPAD Park City, where she managed 144 closings and sold out the project at a record-breaking $1,250 per square foot—one of the highest in the Canyons Village market. Detail-oriented and client-focused, Bettina’s success results from her deep market insight, savvy negotiation skills and industry-tested connections.
Prior to real estate, Bettina held executive roles with world-class brands including The Walt Disney Company, The Limited, and Liz Claiborne. She was part of the visionary teams that brought Disney’s Animal Kingdom and California Adventure to life, sharpening her expertise in design, project management, and customer experience.
Today Bettina specializes in luxury and resort properties, particularly new construction, vacation homes, and lifestyle-focused real estate. With a strong background in design, she helps her clients envision potential—whether building from the ground up, remodeling, or staging for sale—and always strives to make the process seamless and enjoyable.
When she’s not helping clients, Bettina enjoys skiing, hiking, biking, and time on the Jordanelle Reservoir. Her Swiss heritage and passion for travel have shaped her global perspective, and she embraces all that Park City has to offer—from its vibrant community and scenic beauty to local events like the Food & Wine festival, outdoor concerts, and the Park Silly Market.
