A Richmond, Virginia, native, Smith attended St. Christopher’s School before earning a degree in business administration from the College of Charleston. He later completed a master’s program at Georgetown University while working in Washington, D.C., refining his expertise in negotiation, communication and client service. These skills, his local market knowledge and his additional education as a broker associate allow him to navigate even the most complex transactions with confidence and ease.
