Trish became a realtor in January of 2005 and was awarded Rookie of the Year in 2006. In 2009 she obtained her DC, Maryland and Virginia Broker licenses and in 2017 she obtained her Delaware Broker license. During her professional career, Trish has worked in a variety of positions including accounting for the Marriott Corporation, management and public affairs. Prior to becoming a REALTOR, Trish and her family lived abroad in both Germany and Uganda. While overseas, she worked in public affairs managing a visitor’s program, worked as a Community Liaison coordinating events, developing relationships with community-based organizations and served as an advocate for embassy employees and their families. As a native Washingtonian, Trish brings many years of insider knowledge of neighborhoods, schools, commutes, recreational/entertainment venues and more! She also brings the understanding of moving and managing clients through real estate transactions. As a licensed Associate Broker in Maryland, DC, Virginia and Delaware, her clients can evaluate living options without geographic boundaries! The Real Estate market is known to be competitive; Trish realizes this and works proactively with Buyers and Sellers to make the process smooth. How does she do this?
