Her journey into real estate began after successfully running a home renovation business post-Katrina, where she transformed off-market properties into remarkable homes. When she sold her final project at full price after it had expired with another agent, she realized her true calling and transitioned to real estate full-time. Specializing in luxury properties, historic homes, mixed-use commercial spaces, small multifamily properties, and condos, Dawnne has a unique talent for identifying ideal renovation opportunities for her clients. With a background that includes a Finance and Marketing degree from Tulane University and 25 years as a hospitality revenue and marketing consultant, she brings unmatched expertise and a sharp eye for market trends to every transaction.
