With 30 years in Summit County and a background in senior marketing positions within the tourism industry, she has extensive knowledge of the local neighborhoods, economy, rental market and community. Her work here included many years within the Keystone marketing and lodging department before transitioning into real estate. Karen thrives on creating a seamless, positive experience for her clients, whether it’s helping buyers find the perfect mountain home or ensuring sellers enjoy a stress-free sale. Her deep connection with the neighborhoods, land opportunities, area policies and community resources makes her a trusted guide.
Karen and her husband raised their two children here, along with a bunch of furry family members. As a breast cancer survivor, she finds gratitude in each day and embraces the area’s outdoor lifestyle, enjoying skiing, hiking, golf, paddleboarding and pickle ball.
Active in the community, Karen has worked with numerous local organizations, including the Altitude Realtors Scholarships Committee, Summit Schools, Peak Health Alliance, her church and more. She has also served on multiple area boards and committees supporting education and housing initiatives.
