Before devoting her work fulltime to Old Cashiers Realty, Grace Battle lived the life of a true entrepreneur. Most recently, at the Cashiers-based Designer Cottage Sales, Grace’s clients benefitted from her extensive market knowledge of the Highlands-Cashiers Plateau and her devotion, always working tirelessly on their behalf and by offering candid advice. An accomplished interior design consultant, Grace has a reputation for creating beautiful interiors that incorporate the clients’ functional and economic goals through an attention to detail, obsession with quality and a love for craftsmanship.
Grace developed a tremendous appreciation for the many diverse needs of her clients while raising her family and working in the Metro Atlanta area. She recognizes and values the trust they place in her abilities and strives each day to exceed their expectations. Grace and her family are now intricate members of the Highlands-Cashiers Plateau community having founded Old Cashiers Realty in 2009, developed an upscale residential resort community, The Preserve at Whiteside Cliffs and supporting many Plateau civic organizations. A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Grace was appointed to serve more than 8 years as a member of the Western Carolina University Board of Trustees. Her career is rooted in an expertise developed over a combined 11 years as a buyer with Jones New York Apparel Group and Rich’s Lazarus Goldsmith.
Grace has an intimate knowledge of and a deep appreciation for the Highlands-Cashiers Plateau lifestyle that fuels her pride and enthusiasm to make her home, your home.
