Nicole Morgan’s journey into real estate began early. Raised by her grandfather, a real estate professional, she spent much of her childhood moving across the country. This constant exposure to new cities and homes sparked a passion that never faded.
By the time she graduated high school, California had become home. At 18, Nicole set out on her own as a single mother, determined to create a better life. She worked for the state in roles that allowed her to help others—at the California Highway Patrol, Department of Justice, and Welfare to Work. At just 21, she bought her first home and later sold it for a profit, fueling her interest in property even more.
Nicole eventually moved into property management, gaining hands-on experience with residential, commercial, and industrial properties. For many years, it was just her and her son—until 2010, when she met her husband and their family grew. Feeling the pull for a change, they visited Idaho and quickly fell in love. Within two weeks, they relocated, seeking a simpler life and tighter community.
In Idaho, friends began turning to Nicole for real estate advice. With her background in property management and experience relocating from out of state, a new path unfolded. She launched her real estate career to help others navigate the same transition with confidence.
Nicole now runs a business grounded in care, trust, and a deep understanding of each client’s goals. Whether buying or selling, she ensures every client has a luxury experience—regardless of price point. From prepping homes for market to connecting clients with the right resources, Nicole takes pride in making the process seamless and rewarding.
When she’s not working, Nicole spends time with her husband, three children, and growing family as a proud grandmother. Weekends often involve cheering at the baseball field or soccer games, or enjoying Idaho’s outdoor lifestyle. Real estate may be her business, but building strong relationships is her true passion.
