They met 35 years ago as competitors at two Denver radio stations, married three years later, and have been working together ever since. Karen, a 5th-generation Colorado native from Denver, and Randy, who moved to Colorado Springs from Illinois at age 11, are both graduates of the University of Colorado.
For the past 30 years, the Weidner's have lived in Evergreen, Colorado, where they raised their daughter, Alanna. Karen transitioned to real estate after Alanna left for college, quickly establishing herself as a top-producing broker. Over the past decade, she built a highly successful career at Coldwell Banker in Evergreen, consistently ranking among the top 10 agents based on sales volume year after year. Randy joined her team last year after retiring as National Sales Manager at 98.5 KYGO, where he built a remarkable 30-year career.
