Specializing in Los Angeles’ west side, Kevin is recognized for his relentless pursuit of the perfect home and property value for his clients. His ease in communicating the advantages of each neighborhood, combined with his strong people skills and sense of humor, makes him a pleasure to work with. He is committed to serving his clients with sincerity, loyalty, and determination. Having grown up in Los Angeles, Kevin developed a deep appreciation for the city's architecture and the innovative home designs of the 1950s and 60s. His early love for design led him to co-found a successful clothing company after initially starting a printing business with his closest childhood friend. This venture quickly expanded into international markets, distributing products to over a dozen countries. In the early 90s, Kevin moved to San Francisco, where his clothing brand flourished. Working closely with manufacturers and participating in trade shows, he realized his passion for service and transitioned into sales. He later became the sales director for a major extreme sports manufacturer, overseeing global distribution and maintaining a strong focus on delivering the right products at the right price—skills he continues to apply in real estate. Kevin's passion for architecture and design comes full circle in his real estate career.
