As a driven, compassionate advocate, Rachel entered the real estate profession out of a deep desire to help people from all walks of life find homes that make them feel happy and safe. Before becoming a licensed Broker, Rachel worked as a leasing professional for a Real Estate Investment Trust, where she honed her follow-up and listening skills and learned the value of networking. She applies this experience to every transaction, continually improving the home-buying and selling experience for her clients. Born in Dallas, Rachel has lived all over Texas but spent nearly a decade in Houston, exploring and loving the city’s diverse neighborhoods like Memorial, the Heights, Rice Military, Oak Forest, and Spring Branch. In 2021, she and her husband, Lance, relocated to Moravia, Texas, where they now reside on family land that’s been in Lance’s family for over 100 years. With an easy commute to Houston, Austin or San Antonio, Rachel is ready to help you whether you’re searching for a city home or a peaceful country retreat, and is dedicated to finding the perfect place for you to call home. When Rachel has downtime you can find her cheering on her son, Finn on the baseball field; exploring the countryside with her daughter Emma or working on projects around the property with her husband Lance.
