In the last 10 years of her HR career, she led as a former Chief and VP of Human Resources. Her background taught her to skillfully navigate complex transactions with professionalism and high ethical standards. She has mastered strategy, contract negotiation, financial analysis, and project management, consistently delivering exceptional results.
Kerry's true passion lies in real estate, a field she has ardently pursued for over two decades. Throughout this time, she has personally acquired, renovated, and managed numerous properties. Her expertise includes purchasing land for custom builds, conducting extensive renovations, and managing high-value rental investments across Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, and New York. By blending her leadership experience with her property management skills, Kerry provides customers with a strategic, investor-minded approach to buying and selling luxury properties.
During Kerry's ascent in the corporate world, she earned an MBA with a concentration in human resource management from Western Connecticut State University. Kerry spent her formative years in New York and raised her two children in both Sarasota, FL and Fairfield County, CT. She has also lived in Tampa and Boston. She now calls Nokomis, FL, her full-time home, where she enjoys the pristine shores of Nokomis Beach and Casey Key. Kerry and her husband are passionate about outdoor activities, indulging in swimming, boating, kayaking, biking, and exploring Florida's natural beauty. Their love for animals shines through as they dote on their Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and their rescued American Staffordshire Terrier.
