Joshua Ratcliffe is a dynamic and entrepreneurial Director with over a decade of experience specialising in the Notting Hill property market. His career began at the boutique agency Domus Nova, where he quickly progressed from Sales Advisor to Director, becoming the youngest Director in the company’s history. Known for his unmatched network he has successfully attracted a global client list including world renowned business owners, entrepreneurs and leaders across the sports and entertainment industries. His client-first approach focuses on building long-term relationships and crafting legacies. Thanks to his entrepreneurial mindset Josh prides himself on finding a way to make even the toughest sales go through by leveraging his extensive network of solicitors, contractors, and surveyors. Outside of real estate, Joshua is passionate about music, property development, and skiing, which challenge him to push his boundaries both personally and professionally.
