A licensed Broker-Associate and Mortgage Loan Originator, Daniel has been involved in over $100 million in sales volume and more than 300 successful real estate transactions. He specializes in high-end homes, investment properties, and new developments. He holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS®) designation—an honor earned by only the top 3% of agents nationwide—and the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation, reflecting his dedication to exceptional client representation.
Daniel studied Business Administration and Marketing at Florida International University and previously served as Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for one of the nation’s largest student travel companies. As Founder & Publisher of a local lifestyle magazine, he developed a deep understanding of luxury branding, strategic marketing, and the art of storytelling—an invaluable asset when showcasing premier properties.
