Her passion for real estate is rooted in personal experience—over the past 15 years, Sarah has bought, remodeled, and sold multiple properties, gaining invaluable firsthand knowledge of real estate investments. In 2022–2023, she expanded her expertise by successfully building and selling a spec home in Port Aransas, enhancing her insight into the region’s evolving market trends.
Born in the Rio Grande Valley and raised in Austin, Sarah has a lifelong appreciation for Texas's beauty and diversity. In 2018, she and her family embraced the coastal lifestyle, relocating to the Texas Coast when her husband partnered with Palmilla Beach and the Reserve at St. Charles Bay to launch a home-building company. Having transitioned from frequent visitor to full-time resident, she understands the unique appeal of island living and is passionate about helping others find their perfect coastal escape.
Beyond real estate, Sarah is a proud mother to twin daughters and a stepdaughter and the owner of a lovable Goldendoodle named Pearl. She values family above all and recognizes the importance of finding a home that truly fits her clients’ lifestyles.
