As a student at C.I. Gibson, he was captain of the volleyball team, which won the championship three years in a row with a perfect record. He was also captain of the basketball team, leading them to a championship title. Additionally, Philip excelled in track and field, winning first place in the pole vault event. Philip Williams spent his senior high school career at Government High School, here he excelled in multiple sports, earning spots on the volleyball, track, and basketball teams. Philip later transferred to Marymount Manhattan College in New York graduating with a Bachelor and #39;s Degree in Finance. After returning to The Bahamas, Philip worked in banking before starting his own company, Coral Reef Seafood Ltd, a Wholesale Seafood Supplier. His major clients included Atlantis Paradise Island, Radisson Resorts. This business enabled him to travel throughout The Bahamas, connecting with fishermen and building strong relationships. The Unexpected Turn to Real Estate Philip and #39;s journey into real estate was an unexpected one. As the owner of Coral Reef Seafood Ltd, Philip was known as an astute businessman with the ability to build a strong rapport with clients and suppliers. His major client, Atlantis, approached him with a request to source a manta ray for their aquarium. They offered a substantial sum of $20,000 if he could catch a live manta ray. Determined to capitalize on the opportunity, Philip traveled to Rose Island in search of the elusive creature. Although he didn and #39;t find the manta ray, he stumbled upon a house being sold by HG Christie Ltd. Curious about the property, Philip inquired about the possibility of becoming the caretaker for the island house. The next day, he received a call from HG Christie, inviting him to their office. To Philip and #39;s surprise, the house had already been sold, but he was offered a job in the appraisal department. This marked the beginning of Philip and #39;s real estate journey. With his business background and entrepreneurial spirit, he quickly adapted to the new role and soon transitioned into sales. Rise to Success Philip and #39;s first year in real estate was impressive, with him becoming the Top Listing Agent. His second year was even more remarkable, as he sold two private islands, showcasing his ability to handle complex and high-end transactions. Over the past two decades Philip has built a reputation as a top real estate agent, known for his expertise, professionalism, and dedication to his clients.
