James is an established real estate professional with over thirteen years of agency experience, specialising in the prime and super prime markets, with a particular focus on private estates in North Surrey.
He began his career in central London, working at independent agencies in prestigious neighbourhoods such as Bloomsbury, Highbury & Islington and Clerkenwell. Following this, James embarked on a seven-year tenure with Savills, spending six of those years in the prime team.
James honed his expertise in the exclusive private estates of St George’s Hill, Burwood Park and Ashley Park, specialising in properties valued at £2 million and above.
With a proven track record, James has consistently been a top performer at Savills and has handled the sale of some of the most significant sales in recent years. This exceptional achievement has solidified his reputation as a leading expert in the local market.
