Consistently a top-producing agent, Haley specializes in residential properties, nightly rental-approved investments, land listings, and new development properties—all delivered with the elevated, concierge-level service her clients have come to expect and rely on.
Before entering real estate, Haley spent years managing and operating nightly rental properties in Long Beach, California, which sparked her love for real estate and investment strategy. Her previous career as a healthcare administrator and trainer in the restaurant industry sharpened her skills in client care, communication, and delivering high-touch service—qualities that now define her approach as a trusted real estate advisor.
Originally from Southern California, Haley relocated to Utah in 2019 and now calls the vibrant Desert Color community in St. George home. After years of visiting family in the area, she and her husband made the move to fully embrace the lifestyle, outdoor beauty, and sense of community that Southern Utah offers residents. Today, Haley is affiliated with Summit Sotheby’s International Realty and is supported in her business by her husband and fellow real estate professional, Ray Cordova. The two of them serve clients throughout the state, with most of their business concentrated in St. George, Washington, and Cedar City.
Haley believes real estate is about more than buying and selling homes—it’s about building relationships and creating a seamless, enjoyable experience for her clients during one of life’s biggest milestones. “My business is built on service,” she says. “I’m a customer service expert who happens to sell real estate.”
Haley currently serves on the Education Committee at the Washington County Board of Realtors and participates in Summit Sotheby’s Cares—an agent-led 501(c)(3) program that donates a portion of every agent commission to local charities. When she’s not working with clients, you’ll find Haley with her husband and children enjoying live music, traveling, supporting local restaurants, hiking Utah’s red rock trails, or watching football and baseball.
