Daphne Lowe’s deep ties to Orleans and extensive experience in resort towns make her a natural fit for this vibrant market. With over 20 years of experience in some of the Northeast’s top vacation destinations, she is passionate about helping clients buy or sell their homes. Having moved frequently to support her husband’s hospitality career, Daphne has gained a deep understanding of the unique needs of vacation home buyers. After over 30 years of enjoying her family’s vacation home in Orleans, she is thrilled to call Cape Cod her full-time residence.
Daphne is known for her communication skills and ensures clients feel at ease throughout the selling and buying process. She takes the time to listen carefully, responds promptly to inquiries, and keeps buyers informed every step of the way. As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative®, she brings expertise and dedication to her work. She was honored as the 2015 Realtor of the Year by the Windsor County Board of Realtors, where she also served as President. Now an active member of the Cape Cod & Islands Association of Realtors, Daphne contributes to the Community Engagement Group and is a graduate of the Leadership Academy.
Beyond real estate, Daphne gives back to her community by volunteering at St. Christopher’s thrift shop, Uncommonly Goods. On her rare days off, she enjoys cooking, gardening, playing tennis, walking her yellow lab, and spending time with her husband, adult daughters, their spouses, and granddaughter.
