After more than a decade practicing corporate law in Italy, Lavinia Giuliani-Ricci moved to the US, first to Connecticut and later New York City. She transitioned into real estate in 2006, starting by assisting the Italian community with rentals and eventually expanding into investment portfolios.

With an extensive knowledge of Manhattan's neighborhoods, particularly the northern areas, as well as Brooklyn and Queens, Lavinia excels in representing international buyers in co-op buildings, condos, and new developments. She handles properties ranging from smaller apartments to those valued up to $6 million.
