Sarah Lipsky, an Associate Broker, has almost 20 years of experience in real estate, working with buyers and sellers in Columbia, Dutchess, Greene and Ulster Counties. In 1984, she formed a partnership with her husband, Timothy Doyle, to begin Doyle Antiques. In 1990, they moved their antiques shop to Warren Street. Doyle Antiques was one of the very first shops to locate in Hudson, in what would be a major catalyst in the transformation of Hudson to the vibrant community it is today. An early supporter and Board member of the Hudson Opera House since 1997, now known as Hudson Hall, she organized the first four Winter Walks which became the celebrated holiday community event that continues today. Her past history includes working in the New York State Senate, running the legislative office in Albany for a Bronx Senator. She also had a baking business creating wedding cakes, celebration cakes and desserts for many private clients, local restaurants and coffee shops. She and her husband have one daughter who was born in Hudson and now lives in Brooklyn. She loves the area for the architectural diversity, the farms, the locally grown produce, the beautiful landscapes and views. She feels the Hudson Valley is a very special place to live and explore with so many exceptional cultural activities and events throughout the year. Her focus in real estate has always been working for and being dedicated to her clients, whether buyers or sellers, successfully navigating the buying and selling process.
