Amanda Balderree is a dedicated real estate professional serving the beautiful coastal communities of Rockport, Aransas Pass, Port Aransas, Portland, and Corpus Christi, Texas. With a specialty in first-time homebuyers, new construction, and residential and waterfront properties, Amanda brings more than 15 years of sales and management experience to every transaction, along with a deep passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
Born in Victoria, Texas, and raised in both Rockport and Springfield, Missouri, Amanda earned her Bachelor’s degree in Natural and Applied Sciences from Missouri State University, with a minor in Marketing. She later completed her real estate, building a strong foundation in the business she was destined for, having grown up in a family of Texas realtors.
Amanda is known for her excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and unwavering integrity. Her background in leadership, team management, and mentorship has sharpened her ability to guide clients through every step of the buying or selling process with clarity and confidence. She leverages advanced selling techniques and a savvy social media presence to provide outstanding service and maximum exposure for listings.
Outside of real estate, Amanda enjoys baking and cooking, fishing, reading, and spending time on the water with her husband, a Rockport native, and their two sons. The family also includes two beloved French Bulldogs who often tag along on adventures.
