In addition to his work as both a seller’s and buyer’s agent, Spencer is an active real estate investor and has developed extensive knowledge of evolving neighborhoods and portfolio-building properties. A Southern California native, Spencer’s passion for real estate began in the beautiful beach town of Santa Barbara. After his first sale, he fell in love with the process of helping others through what can be a momentous life change. Spencer is currently a member of the Carswell and Associates team, one of the most respected luxury real estate teams in the country. The Carswell Team’s numerous partnerships across the nation provide an elite platform from which team members can share their expertise with buyers and sellers around the world.
