Austin Alfieri joined the Carswell and Associates team after gaining valuable experience at a commercial real estate firm in Los Angeles. A native of Pasadena, California, Austin brings the California spirit to every aspect of his work. He is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University, where he earned dual degrees in urban studies and political science. While at LMU, he also served as the lead coordinator for major university events, showcasing his leadership and organizational skills. Austin’s interest in real estate was sparked early on by his grandfather and father, whose careers in development, construction, and property management deeply influenced him. His lifelong appreciation for architecture, design, and the development of single-family homes naturally led him to pursue a career in residential real estate. His passion for real estate investment and architecture continues to drive his success. Austin holds the current city record for the highest residential sale in San Marino, having represented the University of Southern California in the $25 million sale of the historic Harvey Mudd Estate. His versatility and professionalism have enabled him to represent clients across a wide range of markets—from the team’s West Los Angeles base to areas throughout Southern California, including Palm Springs and Newport Beach. Deeply engaged in the cultural fabric of Los Angeles, Austin is active in several philanthropic and social organizations. In his free time, he enjoys supporting local sports teams and exploring new cultures through international travel. His favorite destination outside the U.S. is Tuscany, Italy. Austin proudly lives by the Carswell Team’s motto, “The Art of Representing You,” and brings that commitment to every individual he guides on their real estate journey.
