Heather Scholz, Associate Broker, has been serving real estate clients since 2006, living and working in areas ranging from Park City, UT to Las Vegas NV. Heather has also served as Principal Broker to 2 Firms through her career, assisting agents with the training and marketing to succeed.
Her 23 years as a resident and 18 years as a Realtor, gives her the insight to understand the value of investing in real estate in these locations. She began her real estate journey in the mountains of Southern Utah, (Bryce Canyon area) with her transactions ranging from the sale of Luxury Vacation Homes, Commercial Investments, Agricultural Land, Solar Property, Water & Mineral Rights, ROW, Land Development, Leasing and Easements. She has experience with zoning, permit and compliance on both public and private property.
Over her career, she also gained experience working with several realty companies, starting in Iron County (Cedar City, Duck Creek, St. George), Wasatch County (Heber, Midway), Summit County (Park City, Kamas), Utah County (Provo, Orem), and Salt Lake City (Sugarhouse, Downtown, West Valley). Heather has been a member of the Park City Board of Realtors since 2015. She has enjoyed being part of many award winning teams of real estate professionals, both with Engel & Volkers Las Vegas, Engel Volkers Park City, BHHS Park City/SLC and Prudential Real Estate.
She also enjoys supporting ways to give back to the community including Special Olympics, Habitat for Humanity, Park City Arts Council, KPCW, and supporting property rights for all Americans looking to achieve the dream of home ownership. She also has been happy to be involved with the Park City Affordable Housing Committee.
She operates with her “customer first” approach to building long term relationships, by listening to the customers needs, and working very hard to make purchasing or selling an enjoyable process. She looks forward to the challenge of meeting your real estate goals.
