Pam specializes in residential and land sales throughout the Cashiers/Highlands region, including Sapphire and Lake Glenville. Pam and her husband, Kirk, relocated to Cashiers in 2000 from Sarasota, Florida after falling in love with the area. Both originally northerners, “half back” is perfect for them. Pam started her career in real estate in 2000 as an office manager for Coldwell Banker, then acquired her North Carolina Brokers license in 2008. She also holds a Florida real estate license. Kirk, a licensed General Contractor, has been building custom homes in the area for more than 20 years and together they have built and sold many homes for themselves and clients. Pam’s background in construction, finance and marketing, provide her the strong skills to offer her buyers and sellers. When Pam is not working or volunteering, she enjoys being in nature with her pup Buddy.
