Since 2017, Stephanie has served as the Business Manager at a luxury custom home builder in Fort Worth, Texas, where she became the go-to resource for clients navigating the complex process of building their homes. From the initial conversation to the final walk-through, Stephanie coordinated directly with builders, subcontractors, HOA boards, and city permitting offices, ensuring that every step of the homebuilding process was as seamless and stress-free as possible.
Her transition into real estate sales was a natural evolution stemming from her passion for helping families bring their dream homes to life. Stephanie’s deep understanding of construction timelines, design decisions, and municipal compliance gives her clients an edge—whether assisting buyers in identifying the right property for a custom build or advising sellers on how to position their homes in a competitive market, she offers strategic insight grounded in years of hands-on industry experience.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending weekends at the lake, live music, practicing yoga, hiking, and cheering on her youngest child Paxtyn—in his various sports at Fort Worth Country Day. She and her husband Jason cherish time spent with family and friends and believe in building both homes and relationships that last a lifetime.
