For more than two decades, Lucien has successfully represented buyers and sellers across a diverse range of properties, from townhouses and prewar co-ops to new development sales and resales. He takes the time to understand each client’s unique needs, crafting a tailored strategy that includes tactical pricing, custom staging recommendations, and innovative marketing. With deep market insight, expert negotiation skills, and a meticulous approach to both on- and off-market opportunities, Lucien ensures his clients feel informed, confident, and supported at every stage. Lucien’s career began in the legal, banking, and marketing fields before earning his MBA from Baruch’s Zicklin School of Business. In 2003, he joined Douglas Elliman, where his energy, tenacity, and dedication quickly propelled him to the ranks of top producers, earning him the prestigious Chairman’s Circle Award multiple times. Now, as a partner on the Altschuler Global Team with Sotheby’s International Realty—which has achieved over $1 billion in sales—Lucien collaborates with some of the industry’s best, extending his reach and capabilities even further. Beyond brokerage, Lucien is an active investor who has bought, managed, and sold over a dozen properties, including condos, townhouses, and commercial buildings. His experience overseeing renovations in both New York City and Upstate New York adds another layer of value for clients considering property improvements. Lucien has lived in Europe, California, and Florida, and is fluent in French and conversational in Russian. He resides in a co-op on the Upper West Side of Manhattan with his wife and two daughters, of whom he is exceedingly proud.
