Greetings to whomever might read this! My name is Wayne Norman Perras and last I checked there is no one else in the northern hemisphere with that name; I am glad to be one of a kind. I believe I offer a unique approach, and after our first meeting or initial phone conversation, I hope you agree. I do not spout cliches nor conventional scripts. I speak my mind and may actually tell you more lore than you want to hear. I will also inject a lot of humor to make the process less stressful, or appealing—if you want 100% serious all the time, maybe I am not for you…. I am a writer and researcher by nature, and a Professional Realtor by trade, for 37 years now, 1 st license in NYS in 1987, and my broker’s license attained in 1996. Hence—I have witnessed & studied Real Estate markets across 4 decades of changes. I’ve sold properties of all types in 11 of the Counties, covered by our expansive local upstate MLS. I view the practice of real estate as both a service and a conveyance of information, covering fields some agents may not acknowledge or know: history of specific areas, geography, geology, topography, prevalent soil types, water sources, construction analysis, consumer psychology, anecdotal trends.
