My name is Katie Shevlin and I live in the Boise area with my husband and two daughters. I have been in Idaho since 1993 and have lived in many different parts of this beautiful state.
I love helping people relocate and move locally by highlighting all the wonderful locations in the Treasure Valley and what they have to offer. I have lived in many different neighborhoods throughout Boise and Eagle. I have built a custom home and have remodeled an older home. This allows me to provide a great perspective based on my personal real estate experiences. When not working, I enjoy the recreational aspects Idaho has to offer such as skiing, camping, hiking, boating, & rafting.
