With nearly two decades of real estate expertise, RuthAnn Beardsley has built a reputation for guiding clients through every stage of the buying and selling process with ease and confidence. A Utah native, RuthAnn resided in Northern Utah for over 50 years before relocating to Southern Utah five years ago. Proudly affiliated with global luxury brand, Summit Sotheby’s International Realty, RuthAnn specializes in residential sales, townhomes, horse/ranch properties, luxury homes, new subdivisions and new construction. Her custom-tailored approach is grounded in honesty and integrity, ensuring that her clients’ needs are always her top priority.
RuthAnn actively serves as the Public Image Director for both the Utah Rotary District #5420 and her local club, the St. George Sunrise Rotary. In the fall of 2025, she was awarded Best Public Image Chair for the entire state Utah Rotary Districts—a recognition that underscores her dedication to service and talent for creating meaningful connections. RuthAnn also serves on the committee for Washington Area Chamber of Commerce Women in Business and the St. George Chamber Women Initiative committee. Furthering her commitment to service and community outreach, she has served as a PTSA President for Fremont High School, trust lands committee chair, and actively participated in youth programs and service projects.
RuthAnn’s family includes her three adult children: Skyler, Rachel, and David, all of whom are married. She is also blessed with five grandchildren who light up her world. Her favorite hobbies are golfing, hiking, weight lifting and karaoke. RuthAnn also enjoys the tranquility the ocean and beach brings to her life while vacationing.
In her real estate career, RuthAnn has earned numerous accolades, including completing the Journey to Mastery Program, receiving the Gold Medallion Award, and achieving multiple President’s Circle and Elite awards. Now, as she embarks on her 19th year in real estate, RuthAnn is excited to bring her expertise and dedication to her new brokerage and clients.
