Ellie Rampulla was passionate about real estate from a young age, first getting a taste of the industry nearly 10 years ago when she helped her parents purchase a home in Park City. This early experience sparked a deep interest in the dynamics of the real estate market and set her on a path to pursue a career in the industry.
Ellie graduated Magna Cum Laude with honors and distinction from the University of Pennsylvania, where she studied International Relations and Consumer Psychology. She spent a year at American Express in New York, working in Customer Retention, which gave her a uniquely customer-centric approach to business.
But the mountains were calling, and Ellie made the move to Utah, where she began her real estate career as a licensed real estate assistant. In this role, Ellie contributed to more than 50 transactions valued at over $200 million, overseeing key aspects of marketing, analytics, showings, and more, giving her hands-on experience with a wide variety of real estate transactions.
Today, Ellie partners with Onie Bolduc at Bolduc Mountain Luxury to thoughtfully represent some of Park City’s most remarkable homes—from expansive ranch estates to sought-after ski-in/ski-out retreats. What sets Ellie apart is her ability to bring each property’s story to life through marketing that goes far beyond the ordinary. With a careful blend of lifestyle photography, emotion-driven video, and refined print design, she creates campaigns that don’t just showcase homes—they invite people to imagine the lives they can lead within them.
Ellie is committed to constantly honing her skills and furthering her education, completing Harvard Business School Online’s "Negotiation Mastery" certification and the Ninja Sales Training Installation, further perfecting her expertise in negotiation and client-focused sales.
Outside of her professional accomplishments, Ellie enjoys spending time outdoors—whether skiing in the winter, hiking in the summer, or playing tennis. She also enjoys traveling, reading, and spending quality time with her family and dog.
