Description
With a distinguished background in leadership, financial strategy, and relationship-building, Graham J. Diemer brings a dynamic and customer-focused approach to the luxury real estate market. As a valued member of The Westerlund Team at Premier Sotheby's International Realty's Bonita Springs office, Graham pairs his proven expertise with an unwavering commitment to excellence, ensuring a refined and rewarding experience for every buyer and seller he serves.
Graham joined The Westerlund Team in 2025, transitioning from a successful career in collegiate athletics administration and finance. Prior to entering the real estate industry, he held a series of leadership roles within Florida Gulf Coast University's Athletics Department, most notably serving as interim athletics director in 2024. His extensive background in fundraising, driven by integrity, professionalism, and trust, laid the foundation for his seamless transition into real estate, where he now excels in cultivating meaningful, service-oriented relationships.
Before relocating to Southwest Florida, Graham spent over a decade in Madison, Wisconsin, working in finance while maintaining a mortgage origination license. During that time, he remained closely tied to the University of Wisconsin's athletics department, supporting game-day operations, event management, and donor relations through the UW Foundation. This multifaceted experience provided Graham with a strong foundation in operations, strategic planning, and customer service.
A Madison native, Graham earned his finance degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where he captained the men's basketball team and proudly competed in the NCAA Division III Tournament. Today, he resides in the Bonita Bay community of Bonita Springs with his wife, Kelsey—a former FGCU women's basketball player—and their rescue dog, Captain.
Graham approaches every transaction with transparency, care, and a relationship-first philosophy. Whether guiding buyers toward their dream home or helping sellers navigate a strategic listing process, he is deeply committed to making the experience seamless, informed, and ultimately successful. His customers value his thoughtful guidance, financial insight, and dedication to their goals—hallmarks of the elevated service standard that defines Premier Sotheby's International Realty.
