Before entering real estate, Peter held senior roles in international finance advising banks, fintech firms, funds, and high-net-worth investors. As a top performer on the Fixed Income Sales team at Lehman Brothers in Singapore, Vice President at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., the Global Head of Business Development for NetOTC (a derivative margining company in London), and recently as Head of Business Development (Americas) at TRAKX.io (a digital asset investment platform), he sourced institutional relationships and guided clients through traditional and emerging asset classes in complex regulatory environments. These experiences in investment banking and also in real estate consulting sharpened his ability to evaluate opportunities, manage risk, and build long-term value for clients. Most recently, Peter was a licensed real estate agent at Brown Harris Stevens, where he successfully represented buyers, sellers, and investors across Manhattan and Brooklyn. His strong referral base and repeat clientele reflect the trust he earns by pairing discretion with hands-on service. Peter also advises family-run businesses investing in subsidized housing in the NYC area. A native New Yorker with an international career that includes 10 years living and working in Asia and the United Kingdom, Peter brings a truly global perspective to his real estate practice.
