Victoria Hubert, global real estate advisor with Premier Sotheby's International Realty's New Smyrna Beach office, brings a dynamic blend of real estate expertise, construction knowledge and heartfelt service to every transaction. With a career that spans more than two decades and a bachelor of science in construction engineering from East Tennessee State University, Victoria is known for her unmatched attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities and dedication to her customers.
Originally from the scenic Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee, Victoria was raised with a deep appreciation for community, family values and southern hospitality. Her background includes an honorable discharge from the United States Air Force, where she proudly served while stationed in Japan. Following her service, she earned residential and commercial general contractor licenses and owned a retail business specializing in paint, wallpaper and interior design, experience that now enhances her real estate approach with unique design and construction insight.
Licensed since 2004, Victoria holds Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Certified Corporate Relocation designations. She has also served as a managing broker, property manager and board member with real estate associations in Tennessee and Virginia. She is a member of the New Smyrna Beach Board of REALTORS®, Daytona Beach Area Association of REALTORS®, Florida REALTORS® and National Association of REALTORS®.

Her personal interests include landscaping, reading, biking and embracing the Florida coastal lifestyle, where she believes life is best lived with sand between your toes and sun-kissed skin.
