Yvette is a third-generation real estate professional, born and raised in Miami, Florida. Her grandparents were early investors in South Florida, introducing her to Real Estate, and instilling a strong work ethic at an early age. Shortly after graduating with her Doctorate from the University of Miami, Yvette started buying and selling real estate, diversifying with Airbnbs, long-term rentals, and fix and flips. After 15 years as a Physical Therapist, Yvette transitioned to real estate full-time and never looked back. Yvette prides herself on consistent, timely, and honest communication. She wants her clients to feel like they’re working with a friend, who is committed to them and their best interest. Yvette is extremely data-driven, with a strong grasp of local market trends, bringing valuable industry insights to each transaction. Yvette is happily married with a son and daughter, and lives in the Historic Grandview Heights neighborhood in West Palm Beach. She enjoys Pilates, tennis, paddle-boarding, traveling, and reading. Yvette is fluent in Spanish and conversant in French.
