Description
Emma is a graduate of the University of Richmond, where she earned a degree in business administration with a concentration in entrepreneurship and a minor in art history. Her professional journey began in unique and remote locations, including Alaska's Matanuska Glacier, where she managed guest logistics and operations for an ice climbing company, and Yellowstone National Park, where she provided concierge-style services to guests from around the world. These experiences cultivated a deep understanding of customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex environments.
Her interest in real estate was sparked through an internship focused on conservation easements, where she developed marketing materials to educate landowners on the long-term benefits of land preservation. That passion, combined with her upbringing on a 750-acre family farm permanently protected by a conservation easement, led her to pursue a career focused on the sale of land, homes with property, and equestrian property sales.
As a member of the Breedlove Farm Estates and Land team, Emma is dedicated to helping clients navigate the purchase and sale of properties with a focus on strategic investment, long-term land stewardship, and the recreational value these landscapes offer. She draws from personal experience, having grown up immersed in the outdoors, riding horses, growing vegetables, hunting with her dad, and learning early on the importance of perseverance, hard work, and reverence for the natural world.
Outside of real estate, Emma enjoys horseback riding, hunting, fishing, scuba diving, painting, yoga, baking, and exploring American history, pursuits that reflect her adventurous spirit and appreciation for heritage and tradition. She also values time with her family, including her three sisters, two of whom are her triplet sisters.
