Description
With the expertise and market knowledge that is earned through 25 years in Colorado real estate, Johnny Pfeiffer also brings a wealth of experience from various resort markets across the state.
Johnny’s real estate career launched in Breckenridge, where he represented buyers and sellers for luxurious mountain homes and new developments in Summit County. A landmark transaction was the Water House on Main Street, which he represented and sold in 2010 in spite of a market downturn. He has also represented residences including the Glass House in Denver, Crystal Peak Lodge in Breckenridge, and the Four Seasons in Vail.
He has also worked in the Vail Valley, mentoring top agents, leading successful teams, and continuing to build a reputation for excellence and client service in every deal.
Whether a client is seeking a legacy ranch property to enjoy with multiple generations, a cozy mountain retreat, or a new Western Slope home for their family, Johnny brings his white-glove service and devotion to each interaction.
Johnny is proud to support the National Brittany Rescue, and he also serves on the Board of the Montrose Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and he is the Assistant Director of Fundraising for the Cedaredge Community Church veteran outreach program.
Making the most of the mountain lifestyle, he enjoys hiking, off-roading, rafting, and horseback riding.
Johnny and his partner live on a working cattle ranch where they are both instrumental in the operations of the ranch. Johnny’s partner is a fifth-generation ranch manager for the family’s ranch, and his ancestors were some of the original settlers of the valley, so they both take great pride in continuing this legacy.
