Originally from New England, Megan Hunzeker’s journey has taken her from the Rocky Mountains to the Pacific Coast. After a rewarding chapter in Colorado, she now calls sunny North San Diego County home—where she helps clients navigate their real estate goals with knowledge, integrity, and care.
Megan earned her degree in Marketing and Leadership from the prestigious University of Denver. With over 20 years of experience in retail marketing, real estate marketing, and residential sales, she brings a unique blend of strategy, creativity, and professionalism to every transaction.
Her real estate career began on the development side, working on iconic resort projects with Vail Resorts Development Company, LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, and Cornerstone Real Estate. Megan played key roles in luxury developments such as The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Vail, One Ski Hill Place in Breckenridge, Waters at Silver Trout in Silverthorne, and The Alders in Keystone.
Now based in San Diego County, Megan specializes in helping both second-home buyers and residents find their dream coastal properties. Her passion for real estate is matched only by her love of connecting with people and helping them discover what makes Southern California so special.
When she’s not showing homes or closing deals, Megan enjoys beach days, hiking, camping, live music, and snowboarding with her husband, two children, and their adventurous Newfoundland dog.
