Born and raised in Blue Ridge, Emily Gray is a seasoned expert in multiple facets of the real estate industry. She combines a deep connection to the region with a passion for helping clients realize the dream of homeownership to create an exceptional client-centered experience distinctive to the area she loves to call home. A graduate of Kennesaw State University with a degree in health promotions and marketing, Emily worked as a marketing and sales analyst while honing her knowledge of homes and real estate through working with her husband, a contractor, on their own home flipping projects. In addition to assisting first-time homebuyers, Emily enjoys advising clients on investment opportunities in the area. Real estate is a family affair, with her husband occasionally accompanying her on showings, and their combined experience in new construction projects happening in North Georgia, as well as remodels, proves invaluable to clients. Highly responsive with a deep well of concern for her client's interests, Emily enjoys alleviating stress for buyers and sellers, helping them navigate the journey with as much ease and enjoyment as possible. Her own first-hand experience with a long buying process makes her extremely sensitive to potential challenges, and her roots in Blue Ridge make her a strong resource at every step. Sincere and direct, she is committed to providing authentic, knowledgeable counsel about an industry and an area she understands intimately. Active in her community, she loves Blue Ridge for the small-town feel and the preservation of a way of life that is distinctly grounded in a supportive community. She also enjoys being surrounded by nature and the opportunity to be outdoors as much as possible, whether hiking, fishing, hunting or any activities on Lake Blue Ridge or along the Toccoa River. When she's not working with clients, she is likely working on her own remodeling projects, supporting local sports activities, cooking or doing CrossFit.
