I am proud to bring my personal drive, community-focused approach, and extensive professional experience to Olympic Sotheby’s International Realty. Olympic Sotheby’s exposure network, vast resources and coorperative environment are an edge for Clients.
I bring a well-rounded background in site development, new home construction, and construction project management, along with years of experience in mortgage lending and escrows. I started my career in mortgage lending during my Senior year at Olympia High School and worked my way up in the industry serving many roles, during that 13-year period. I started as a Mortgage Loan Processor, then transitioned to Escrow Closing Assistant and lastly, became a Mortgage Broker/Originator. In these lending roles I learned the art of customer service, the importance of organization and great negotiation skills. I loved making people’s dreams come true by providing funding to purchase or refinance their homes.
My incredible husband, Greg, and I started our own Heavy Civil Construction Company the same month as our son was born in 2002. After concentrating on my husband’s business and raising our son, I decided to re-join the workforce outside our business. I took a job for 2 years as Office Manager for the Olympia School District Support Services Dept. Then from 2016 to 2024 I served as Project Manager for Tumwater School District’s Capital Projects Dept. where I enhanced my skills and connected with our amazing community. I have been privileged to work with many Local Municipalities, Public and Private Schools, Architects, Engineers, Developers, Contractors, and Material Suppliers. My comprehensive knowledge of the real estate and construction industries allows me to both educate and advocate for my clients with confidence and care.
I am passionate about real estate. I would love to take all my knowledge and relationships I have built to help others navigate private homeownership, investment property portfolios, probate estate properties or building of their own paradise, with someone they can trust. After a lifetime in Thurston County, I understand all the facets of this great community we live in. I am known for my honesty, kindness, and common-sense approach to problem solving. I look forward to continuing to make a meaningful impact in the South Sound region by representing you as a Seller’s Broker/Agent or Buyer’s Broker/Agent.
