A 2006 graduate of Wood River High School, Spencer spent a decade managing high-end properties at Sun Valley Company and Ketchum Properties, built homes as a tradesman and LEED-certified builder, and even ran his own video and photography business; skills he now uses to create standout marketing for listings. He owns commercial real estate in Ketchum, holds a seat on the City Council, and previously served as a Planning and Zoning Commissioner. In 2021, Spencer came just shy of winning the mayoral race- a testament to his passion for Ketchum’s future and his commitment to preserving its unique charm. From rafting rivers to snowboarding Baldy, Spencer’s love for the outdoors runs deep. You’ll often catch him around town, in the mountains, or under the hood of a classic car. He holds certifications in drone operation and mountain and river guiding, and graduated cum laude from Sierra Nevada University with a degree in Environmental Science and a minor in Entrepreneurship.
