Description
“My perfect day would entail spending the morning helping my clients, playing Mahjong with my group at the Sandcastle on Kiawah Island, and round out the afternoon poolside or on the beach with a refreshing cocktail and good book.”
Cyndi, a Greenville native, discovered her passion for the Lowcountry's natural beauty after moving to Charleston for college. A College of Charleston graduate, she started her career at Kiawah Island Golf Resort, where her love for the area's barrier and sea islands grew.
After six years of managing luxury short term rental property on Kiawah Island, Cyndi took the next step in her career by channeling her entrepreneurial skillset and passion for island living into the complex luxury real estate industry. That move paid off quickly, as she earned consistent recognition as a Charleston Realtor of Distinction and a top industry expert. In 2024, she ranked in the top 1% of all real estate agents in the tri-county area placing her in an extremely elite group of professionals.
Cyndi specializes in the luxury oceanfront enclaves of Kiawah Island and Seabrook Island, as well as the communities of Johns Island, Wadmalaw Island, and James Island, but her expertise extends to all areas of Charleston, at all price points.
Outside of real estate, Cyndi is a member of Second Presbyterian Church and an avid amateur ornithologist, a hobby she picked up as a natural science major. She also loves finding a good deal at the Merchandise Mart in Atlanta and recently became an avid Mahjong player. She lives on James Island with her husband, Bill, and son, Harry, and also has a second home on Kiawah Island where she is active in the community.
